We offer a range of skills which covers most periods of furniture. In our workshop you could easily find a good George II bureau next to a Charles Eames chair from the 60's. We have the expertise in period finishes and construction methods to restore them all in an appropriate and sympathetic manner, and maintain a good stock of old furniture grade timbers and veneers to match current projects.

Besides the BAFRA accreditation for working with furniture, we also having additional expertise and restoration skills in the following areas:

Sculpture – particularly marble and wood
Stringed Musical Instruments – both historic and modern
Period Picture Frames – carved, gilded and ebony (Dutch)
Victorian and Edwardian Pond Yachts

While customers are welcome to our workshop by prior appointment, we visit to inspect and discuss their furniture, the work needed and probable costs.

Estimates can be submitted for insurance work.
